Processing Times

All candles are carefully prepared and packaged before shipment. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing.

During high-volume periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Local Delivery

We currently offer local delivery within Ontario for eligible areas.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for approved local delivery orders only. Customers selecting COD must be available at the time of delivery and provide payment upon arrival.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Your location
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Order volume

Once your order has shipped, delivery times are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information at checkout.

Alexander St. Clair Candles is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or incomplete information.

Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages

Alexander St. Clair Candles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
